Name: Your name, nickname, or what you want to be called. Birthday: Month/day DW name: The journal you'll be using to participate in games with. Referral: If you were referred to Madness TCG, please specify who by Card post: A link to the journal post or website you'll be using. Collecting: The deck you'll want to start collecting upon joining. Member Card: A link to an official image for your member card. Color: The color boarder you want around your member card.
When you join Madness TCG, you will receive 2 starter cards from your choice deck, 6 random cards, and 2 random lollipops. After responding to the mod letting them know you updated your post, you will receive 2 random cards and your member card. Happy playing! <3
